Organizational Structure of EOTC-DICAC/RRAD

The organizational structure of EOTC-DICAC from top to bottom includes the general assembly, board directors and the commission’s management comprising of seven departments and one service. Of the seven departments four of them are operational departments namely the Refugees and returnees Affairs (RRAD), the Development, the Water resource development, and Social Service.

 The Board serves for a fixed term of four years and works on a voluntary basis. The Board fully provides overall policy direction and oversight its implementation.

The Commissioner is the Chief Executive of EOTC-DICAC. The leadership of EOTC-DICAC has given the necessary support and paid much attention to the smooth implementations of different programs and projects. It is committed to work hard in improving governance, accountability and transparency though the issue and adaptation of different policies and directives.

EOTC-DICAC has an organizational structure with defined lines of authority and responsibilities with the General Assembly as the highest and final decision-making body followed by the Board of directors and the Commissioner. Currently, EOC-DICAC focuses on sustainable development programs in order to have significant contribution and ensure long-term impact to the local communities’ livelihood improvement.
